5. Personal data will be processed for the period necessary to make contact, and after this period for the purposes and for the time and to the extent required by law or to secure any claims, or until the consent is withdrawn.

6. The recipients of personal data will be:

      1. entities providing and supporting teleinformatic systems POSIADALO Sp. z o. o. Sp. k. in order to operate the www.posiadalo.ewitryna.pl portal, as well as entities providing services related to the current operations of Owalo Sp. z o.o. Sp. k. on the basis of concluded contracts for entrusting the processing of personal data in accordance with art. 28 GDPR,

Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing which was carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal.

      5. Notwithstanding the foregoing, everyone has the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory body - the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.
